Rampart Properties, Inc is the managing agent for our Association. Rampart is responsible for financial services including initial budget preparation, payment of bills, collection of maintenance fees, and monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors. Rampart offers 24 hour emergency response 7 days a week should there be an emergency within the common elements of the community; the number is 727-577-2200. From 5:00pm to 8:30am you have the option of leaving a message for the on-call emergency response manager.
Residents should call if there is water damage and a plumber is needed, elevator out, A/C out, fire alarms going off, gate stuck open, basically any issue with the common elements. It is always better to call emergency response than not call at all as that is why we are here to serve our clients. However, if there is a wild party you should call 911 or the local police non-emergency number (727-893-7780) as Rampart is not a security service.
